I am a passionate yoga therapist specialising in mental health with a focus on evidence-based yoga therapy, yogic counselling, and Ayurveda. My primary therapeutic tools are pranayama and meditation. I have experience conducting personalised one-to-one therapy sessions both online and in person for mental health concerns, psychosomatic disorders, and neurological conditions. My approach integrates therapeutic yoga, Ayurvedic diet, and lifestyle practices, modern psychology, sound healing and pranic healing. When appropriate, I also incorporate pulsing movement-based therapy and laughter therapy. Each session is individually tailored to the client's needs
