I am Deepa M from Bangalore. I have been teaching yoga for the past 6yrs I had worked in a school as a yoga teacher for 3 years, and have been teaching yoga since 2018. I completed the International Association of Yoga Therapy in 2022 and completed MSc Yoga in 2025. For the past 3 years, I have been teaching as a Therapist and Yoga Instructor I am teaching International clients. The reason to approach you people is to spread the knowledge and to reach more people. Last but not least, Yoga is not just a profession its my passion as well.

Yoga is not just an exercise, it is how skillfully you can communicate and act in any given situation. Innovation, intuition, skills, and better communication: all these are effects of yoga. Yoga always promotes harmony in diversity. The word yoga itself means uniting.
