I initially used to play cricket professionally, and I played at the U19 national level for Uttar Pradesh, India. I used to run a lot as part of my fitness routine since childhood. But in 2020 I had a knee injury ACL Since then whenever I tried to play cricket again my knee didnt allow me to continue During the COVID lockdown I started practicing yoga and since then my knee has been getting better day by day I went deeper into yoga after that and decided to study it more seriously so I pursued a major degree in Yoga 202224 from DSVV Haridwar Uttarakhand India. After graduating, I worked in Dehradun from June 2024 to February 2025, where I learned and taught Ashtanga Yoga. I studied Ashtanga under Mr Sat Inder Khalsa, who is an authorised Ashtanga Level 1 teacher by the late Sharath Jois. Currently, I have been working in Mumbai, India, since March 2025, teaching both Ashtanga and Iyengar Yoga.
Yoga is not just an exercise, it is how skillfully you can communicate and act in any given situation. Innovation, intuition, skills, and better communication: all these are effects of yoga. Yoga always promotes harmony in diversity. The word yoga itself means uniting.
