I have been consistently practising Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga for the past two years. This disciplined practice has strengthened my personal sadhana and enhanced my ability to guide structured Ashtanga classes. I emphasise alignment, breath awareness, and gradual progression, making sessions effective for building strength, stamina, and flexibility. I am also well-trained in Hatha Yoga asanas and can conduct classes that bring balance, stability, and mindfulness to practitioners at different levels.
