My name is Shashank Mishra, and I am a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher who believes that yoga is a holistic science for physical, mental, and spiritual wellbeing. For me, yoga is not merely an exercise routine but a disciplined way of life that cultivates balance, awareness, and inner strength. I enjoy guiding individuals toward healthier lifestyles by integrating asana, pranayama meditation and yogic values into daily practice. I strive to create a supportive and motivating environment where students feel confident, safe, and inspired to grow at their own pace My teaching approach combines traditional yogic wisdom with modern understanding, allowing me to address diverse needs, including stress management and overall fitness. I am committed to continuous learning and self-improvement so that I can serve my students with authenticity and effectiveness. Teaching yoga gives my life purpose as I aim to positively influence others and help them discover harmony within themselves

Yoga is not just an exercise, it is how skillfully you can communicate and act in any given situation. Innovation, intuition, skills, and better communication: all these are effects of yoga. Yoga always promotes harmony in diversity. The word yoga itself means uniting.
