I have 15 years of experience in practicing yoga and have won 2 international gold medals along with several state and national medals in yoga championships. I have a Ayush Ministry YCB Level 3 certification (Yoga Teacher and Evaluator) I have also done 2 teacher training courses of 200 hours consisting of medical yoga. I have been into teaching yoga since last 6 years. Besides yoga, I enjoy writing and reading, nature and wildlife camping.
