I am Ambika Kaushik, a master's in yoga science, and currently working at Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga as a yoga instructor and also a research scholar in yoga. I have experience of over 5 years. I have conducted yoga workshops at different places, including schools, colleges, corporates, and even at AIIMS hospital.

Yoga is not just an exercise, it is how skillfully you can communicate and act in any given situation. Innovation, intuition, skills, and better communication: all these are effects of yoga. Yoga always promotes harmony in diversity. The word yoga itself means uniting.
