Hany has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and has been teaching for the last 5 Her focus is on Hatha and Vinyasa styles, Reikii, and kundalini of yoga, and her classes emphasize the importance of pranayama and movement. Her classes are known to be both challenging and nurturing, leaving students feeling energized and renewed. Hany is a certified Yoga teacher and she has had a long journey to learn Kundalini Yoga in India. After experiencing both mental and physical challenges for years, Hany helps Kundalini's energy through energy centers which leads the chakras to be balanced and contribute to spiritual wellness. Hany has an academic background(Bachelor of Science in physical education and Sport) which has helped Hany to understand deeply her students' requirements in terms of health, wellness, standard method of teaching, etc. Hany also has been working as a fitness instructor, Aerobics instructor, Pilates, and strength trainer for the last 17 years. Hany was born in Tehran and lives in Dub. She loves all forms of exercise including cycling, TRX, and functional, and competitive movement.t She would love to share her extensive experience with people for a better life.
