I hold an MSc in Yogic Science from DSVV and my educational background includes a BTech in Mechanical Engineering PGDYEd from Kaivalyadham DYSc from MDNIY and YIC from SVYASA With a strong foundation in both traditional yoga practices and modern teaching methodologies I have developed a holistic approach to yoga instruction I am also a certified Pranic Healer and Psychological Counsellor allowing me to guide students through both physical and mental wellness practices In addition to my teaching experience I have prepared students for competitive exams specifically YCB Level 4 by delivering indepth theory lessons in Yogic Science at the Masters level My communication skills enable me to connect with students effectively and my technical proficiency in MS Word PowerPoint and Excel enhances my ability to create engaging and wellorganized content for both online and offline classes With a passion for helping individuals achieve balance and wellbeing I am confident that my diverse skill set strong communication abilities and comprehensive knowledge of yoga make me an ideal candidate for a workfromhome and work from office yoga teaching position
