Myself Harshita I am from Delhi I have completed my schooling from Delhi Public School Mathura raod and my graduation in Bsc Yogic Science from DSVV Haridwar Currently I am pursuing my Masters in Yoga therapy I am an aspiring to be a professional yoga trainer abroad Along with that I have done my Basic Lithuanian language course I am keen in painting reading our ancient scriptures and playing sports I have participated in state volleyball championship in haryana and got selected for nationals too Along with this I have deeper knowledge of human anatomy and physiology and skills of teaching yoga to different age groups Moreover I have good command over English language and know to deal with people at different stages and level I have the ability of organising things and quickly making decisions and at last I want to say that I am always eager to learn new things especially related to yoga and grow as much as I can
