I am Kirti Dhiman an athlete and certified yoga instructor with over six years of experience guiding people through their yoga journey. I have experience as a corporate yoga instructor in Cult-fit Health Care Private Limited Company. I lead offline and online group and individual classes for participants of all levels, providing personalized modifications and adjustments to ensure safe and effective practice. I conduct a workshop on mindfulness meditation and stress reduction techniques, empowering participants to cultivate a balanced lifestyle. I know Hatha yoga, Ashtanga yoga, Power yoga, Wheel yoga, Vinyasa, Therapeutic yoga, Stress management, Weight management, Mindfulness meditation, Pranayama, Chakras, Mudras and bandhas, Pranas, and Shatkarma. I started yoga at school, and my curiosity and interest led me to choose this path. Yoga has been an integral part of my life for 8 years. According to me, yoga should be done continuously with faith and dedication. Correct breathing and full awareness are important to get the complete benefit from yoga. In my free time, I enjoy exploring new yoga techniques, studying spiritual philosophy, and engaging in outdoor activities like hiking and jogging. I am an advocate for healthy living and strive to promote overall wellness in my community.
