I'm Kruthi Nagaraj, a yoga therapist, movement guide and a lifelong student of the body, breath and being. My journey began with a personal search for balance and blossomed into a full-time offering to others. Rooted in classical traditions like Hatha, Vinyasa, Iyengar, and Yin Yoga, I weave together ancient practices with modern insights from mobility work, somatic healing, aerial yoga and breath therapy. With an MSc in Yoga Therapy and certifications in multiple yoga styles, I've worked with beginners, seasoned practitioners, and those healing from stress burnout or disconnection. My approach is gentle yet deep, honouring each individual's unique rhythm, body and story. I also curate retreats, wellness workshops, and corporate programs that go beyond asanas, inviting people to pause, reflect, move, and reset. Whether we meet on the mat in nature or in conversation, my intention is always to help you return to yourself with compassion and clarity
