I am a certified yoga trainer in Iyenger style, I have practiced asanas, pranayama, dhyana, calisthenics, boxing, football, and many other sports. I have been teaching myself using sacred books and believe in self-practice. I have also teaching past few years and serving my clients with the best of my knowledge and capacity. I have helped my clients reach their goals and understand the practice deeply and have transformed their lives and got healthy mentally and physically. I hope to keep learning more every day, and always get better as a yoga instructor/teacher. I am always looking for opportunities to grow and get better.
