I am a certified yoga teacher in Hatha yoga(900 Hours Advanced Teacher Training Course) and Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga(200 Hours Ashtanga Vinyasa Teacher Training Course). My teaching draws on several styles of yoga including dynamic and static movement which connects breath and mind. I love to create different yoga sequences with proper breathing techniques. My classes are an artful blend of movement and stillness, strength and flexibility, break,th and awareness. Each class inspires my students to bring together mind, body, body, and heart.
