Hello, I am Manisha Sharma and I am a resident of Sikar Rajasthan, I believe I am very hard-working, and I do not give up easily. I possess good leadership and management skills. Throughout the school year, I have always been an above-average student. I did my bachelor’s in commerce from the Gujarat University. I then did my masters in yogic science and alternate therapy. I further earned a P.G. diploma in prenatal care and education. I represented NCC in the Youth Exchange Programme, Delegation Sri Lanka (2017) and I also received a medal from the chief minister, Shri Vijay Rupant (2017). I represented the NCC Gujarat Directorate at Republic Day Camp 2016 and I am the recipient of the Governor's Medal from Shri OP Kohli (2016). I was also the holder of the Best Naval NCC Cadet of Gujarat 2016 NCCC-certificate Holder B. I have worked as a personal yoga trainer, and self-defense trainer and I am currently working as a freelance yoga therapist.

Yoga is not just an exercise, it is how skillfully you can communicate and act in any given situation. Innovation, intuition, skills, and better communication: all these are effects of yoga. Yoga always promotes harmony in diversity. The word yoga itself means uniting.
