I am a classical yoga coach. I give yoga lectures in universities, I teach practical yoga to students in medical colleges, and I conduct online and offline yoga classes. I am also a garba trainer.
Yoga is not just an exercise, it is how skillfully you can communicate and act in any given situation. Innovation, intuition, skills, and better communication: all these are effects of yoga. Yoga always promotes harmony in diversity. The word yoga itself means uniting.

I have received the Best Trainer Award from the Gujarat State Yoga Board by the Collector.
