My name is Puneet Verma I graduated from Uttarakhand and after that, I started my career in the technical field inr 2013 I started my yoga journey under my Father's guidance I am good with some habits like being punctual working and using intelligence towards my goals.
Yoga is not just an exercise, it is how skillfully you can communicate and act in any given situation. Innovation, intuition, skills, and better communication: all these are effects of yoga. Yoga always promotes harmony in diversity. The word yoga itself means uniting.
