Mr. Rahul belongs to Rishikesh and he started his yoga journey here. He has completed 200 hours of Yoga Alliance, USA. He has done yoga competitions of yoga from different States in India Banglore Chhattisgarh Jharkhand, He has been trained under the guidance of experienced and proficient yoga gurus of Rishikesh. He has also taught in other schools like an aadiyogaschool, om shanti om, yoga kulam yogtarang, etc. Rahul started his yoga journey in 2017. He has 4 years of teaching experience now. He teaches multiple styles of yoga like -- Ashtanga, traditional Hatha yoga, alignment, and adjustment classes. The main focus in his class is asana and adjustment. Rahul says that yoga is not just about opening your, body yoga is about learning the movements of your body and opening it properly.
