Hello people Rifka here! I am an international certified yoga instructor with 200 hours of RYT from Rishikesh. I am a certified aerial yoga instructor as well. I have been teaching for more than 3 years now. My classes are uniquely designed and focus on strength, flexibility cor, e and endurance.
