My introduction to Yoga was motivated by my own health and fitness requirements. Having experienced its benefits firsthand and seen its potential, it soon became a passion, and I embarked on a wonderful journey to not just get better at it myself but also to help others on their respective journeys. I have over 7 years of hands-on experience in providing Yoga Therapy to those in need with ailments varying from Diabetes, Blood Pressure, Knee Pain, Back Pain, Multiple sclerosis, asthma, Menstrual Disorder, Anxiety, Thyroid, and holistic health. Yoga can be done by everyone, but a nuanced understanding of its practice gives me the ability to help those who are in need. Over the years, I have coached students through classroom, online sessions, and outdoor retreats for individuals and corporate employees. I intend to help others, and I find Yoga and Yoga Therapy a great avenue to do so. Online: one hour's fee One on one: 700/- One on four ( group): 350/- Offline: one hour's fee One on one: 1000/- One on group: 500/- International client: 1000/- per hour on one.

Yoga is not just an exercise, it is how skillfully you can communicate and act in any given situation. Innovation, intuition, skills, and better communication: all these are effects of yoga. Yoga always promotes harmony in diversity. The word yoga itself means uniting.
