Dr Shruti Dwivedi is a nutrition scientist with a PhD in Food and Nutrition and extensive experience in clinical and community nutrition She has counselled over 1000 individuals across diverse health conditions including obesity diabetes thyroid disorders fatty liver disease cardiovascular diseases gastrointestinal disorders and malnutrition Her work spans both rural and urban settings where she has led communitybased nutrition interventions and health awareness programs Dr Dwivedi has delivered lectures and expert sessions at universities and academic forums promoting evidencebased nutrition practices She is a recipient of the Young Scientist Award for her research on the gutbrain axis Her work has been featured by Times of India and she has also contributed to academia as an editor of a book published by Taylor Francis
