Personal Info

I am Shweta Gupta, a certified educator providing services in the fields of Pre-natal and post-natal Yoga(RPYT), lactation(BPNI Certified), Nutrition, labor management, and Garbhasanskar. I also run an organization called GarbhaSutra. I provide services like Pre-natal & Post-natal Yoga, Lactation consultation, Childbirth Education, Clinical Diet, and Garbhasanskar sessions as well. I want to help pregnant women for normal delivery and take care of their mental, physical, and emotional health during and after pregnancy. I have experience of 5+ years in this field.
