Myself Shweta Jain born and brought up in Delhi I had done my graduation from Delhi University in Bcom I have been practicing yoga since 2014 and due to passion started learning professionally from Morarji Desai National Institute of Yoga Delhi in 2019 through yttc courses During COVID 19 taken yoga classes for Indians and foreigners and serve the COVID patients also through yoga sessions In 2023 completed my Masters in yoga from Dev Sanskriti Vishwavidyalaya Now taking Offline yoga group as well as oneonone sessions

Yoga is not just an exercise, it is how skillfully you can communicate and act in any given situation. Innovation, intuition, skills, and better communication: all these are effects of yoga. Yoga always promotes harmony in diversity. The word yoga itself means uniting.
