I have been a swimmer since I was 4 or 5. And a trained classical dancer. Physical activity has always been a part of my childhood. But yoga was a more recent calling. I started practicing when I was 25 but I started teaching the last year. I realized it is the true purpose of my life to make people aware of yoga and its benefits but more importantly how amazing it feels when you learn to connect your mind and body with the breath. Yoga is not a workout, it's a workout.
