I am a passionate counselling psychologist with 12 years of experience in counselling and life skills training. I have an M. Sc in psychology from Jain University and a postgraduate diploma in psychotherapy and life skills. I am a mindfulness coach from Happitude Global. My mission is to help people stay healthy and calm, and to support their mental health. Yoga is the union of mind and body. I have a vision of helping people live peacefully and mindfully, without stress. A healthy mind resides in a healthy body.
