I am a passionate Yoga teacher with over 5+ years of professional experience in designing and leading yoga classes. In December 2020 completed introductory yoga course with Sr. Iyengar teacher Navidita Joshi ji, and acquired an in-depth knowledge about postures, breathing techniques, and spiritual elements of yoga teaching.
